This project was our original break into the world of real estate. We fully renovated both units while living here for a few years. Doing all the work ourselves taught us many valuable lessons on construction, marriage and speed of implementation. We completed this project while both working full time and preparing to start a family. There were no walls untouched and all mechanicals were updated on the entire property.
